Benson's Bouncing Octaves

This simple pattern is built on fourths before wrapping everything up with a sweet little blues riff. We are, once again, exploring octaves, starting on the 5th. Try it with your thumb in the Wes Montgomery style, as well as a pick to really bring home the different textures each has to offer. Make sure to mute the string between the two being fretted using the back side of your index finger.
